The Most Delicious Cherry Cobbler Ever!

This recipe came from my cousin Anna and it truly is the best cobbler recipe ever!
1- because it's so delicious and 2- because it's soooo easy.
Fruit Cobbler
Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan with fruit.
With a fork mix together 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on fruit and pour on 1 cube melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
Enjoy! It's especially good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

  3. A little twist; if using cherries (fresh or canned pie filling), add one can of undrained pineapple first (small can, smallest pieces of fruit). Next the cherries, the remaining ingredients + 1/8 tsp almond flavoring. Optional: chopped pecans
    Not optional: ice cream!
